Heather Robertson has spent over 15 years in HR leadership roles, from fast-growing businesses navigating the complexity of scale, to large global agencies managing significant change. Most recently, she served as HR Director at a global agency, leading the people function through a major period of transformation.

Throughout her career, Heather has worked closely with founders, leadership teams, and managers to build the people infrastructure, talent practices, and organisational capability that let businesses grow sustainably, from people strategy and performance frameworks to complex employee relations, restructures, and senior leadership support.

What runs through all of it is a belief that the best people practices are clear, commercially grounded, and built around the organisation they're for - including making smart use of AI and automation as a practical way to free up. time for the things that need a human touch.
